Hello all

New to this forum, have had my landy for about 3 years.

I am the proud owner of a 1998 Defender 90 2.8i.

My wife and I lived and worked in South Africa for 18 months and bought the car whilst there. When the time came to move home we put it in a container and shipped it.

Fully registered and legal in the UK now but not getting as much use of it as I would like.

Any other 2.8i owners on the forum?

Cheers

Kenny

Welcome to LZ, Kenny. :)

Very envious of that, I always thought those were a better engine option than what was on offer in the UK.

There's a write up on Ollie Jackson British Touring Car racer's 90 2.8i in Dec land Rover monthly ....yours maybe only the second one in the UK as they only made 26 of them ...all though they numbered them randomly from 1 to 50...
