It's about time I renew my suspension, mainly because I can't stand the HD springs anymore and a few of the bushes are starting to perish...

Decided to go for the Terrafirma Medium Load springs & shocks, from what I have read they are well priced and do the job, if a little cheaply painted. I do have extra weight fitted so this set up makes sense to me and I should retain the same height as I have now. Which is about an inch above standard I believe.

While doing this was also going to fit Gywn Lewis suspension turrets and HD securing rings as they are bound to sheer off.

Anything else to consider when doing this?
Bump stops are standard, I do have dislocation cones on the rear but I was going to remove these and cable tie the springs in place, brake lines are standard as well.

Thanks
Josh

Hi mate I put this set up on mine, after the chassis swap, taking it off this weekend!! Ive got medium load springs plus 2" and all terrain shocks to suit, looks great and Its a great set up I you carry a bit of a load or have a winch, put just to unforgiving for unladen 90, and the springs aren't supple compared to the ome ones which I'm fitting back tho weekend!
I'll then have the longer shocks, normal nice soft springs and dislocation cones on rear!

Selling the springs if you want them? Also if you're going for the plus 2" id advise longer front brake pipes, I have extended bump stops and even then they came close to being a bit to tight for comfort on full articulation!

Cheers mate, not ideally going for +2 just something to compensate for the added weight and improve the ride quality a tad, the heavy duty springs are just too much.

To clarify the added weight is as follows -

Half Roll Cage
HD Steel Steering Guard
Tubular A Winch Bumper - Winch to be added at a later date
HD Rock Sliders
HD Steering Arms
Steel tank guard to be fitted at some point
NAS Rear step to be fitted at some point
Half rear roof rack

Yeah cool I think they'll be fine for you then mate, I had 7 up in mine, 4 guys in the jump seats in the rear and 3 of us squashed upfront and tbf it felt really good, you can go into corners far quicker with body roll nearly eliminated, if you fit a winch upfront they will really be ideal! Good luck! :)
