Would need to know what the underneath looks like really. If you had the reg you could put it through the mot history checker to see any issues

£15 sounds about right, no reg, so assume no v5. Is just an off road only project vehicle and parts…

No visible registration number, bodywork looks reasonable from the couple of poor photos.
£5,000? Assuming it has a valid MOT. lf the chassis has had it you could easily spend in the region £6-10,000 to get it sorted.
