Defender 90 Door Hinge replacement

Hi, does anyone know how to get to the rear of the passenger door lower hinge.
I am trying to replace the lower hinge, one of the bolts connected to the body is just spinning. I can't see any way to get to it.

You can't get to the nut, it's inside the hollow section of the bulkhesd.
You can replace the nuts, once you've got the hinge off.
Best thing to do is wedge something in behind the hinge, to stop the screw turning, and drill the countersunk head off. You should then be able to pull the hinge off the remains of the screw.
Treat youself to a set of stainless steel replacements.
