I am cutting the very rear part of my headlining (over door) to take a pair of speakers.
I should have cut the holes before I recovered the piece but I don't have that option now. What is best to cut the fibre board headlining material? Holesaw, jigsaw?

I used a Stanley knife when I fitted speakers to mine. As long as you have a new sharp blade I did not have any problems.

Stanley knife
Jigsaw with a fine blade
Fine hacksaw blade held in a rag or thick glove.
Jigsaw may transfer dirt to the cloth though?
Stanley blade is the least likely to pull the cloth though.
