Cup holder charger removed

Hi there. Just purchased my first Land Rover, a Discovery 5 2017. I’ve removed the charger inset in the centre console cup holder and there’s still a lightning (iPhone) cable sticking out. Does anyone know where this plugs into and how to get to the source to remove it? Thank you in advance.
