good evening all and hope you are all well.

I have some wolf wheels that are striped back to bare steel and i plan on painting them with corroless eatch primer and black chassis top coat as i have used this on my chassis and bumper and am very happy with it.

Before i go ahead with the paint job on them i was just wondering if any one has used corroless paint on wheels and are you still happy with after being subjected to rivers mud and road salt?

Cheers Landy Lee

I see no issue with using Corroless as primer on steel wheels - afterall, it's just steel and Corroless is highly effective against wet weather and salt. I'd be more concerned with the chassis top coat keeping weather/salt/mud at bay. A good 3-4 coats of good quality chassis black as top coat will do the job.
