Converting to 200tdi

Help

Can some one please tell me how to wire in a tdi engine into my 2a.
I have tried to wire it myself and have caused a short/ earth somewhere and am draining my battery after a few minutes

What bit do you need help with as there not much you do wrong?
Any ignition live to the stop solenoid on the injector pump, the heavy wires on the alt straight to the large positive ones on the starter motor, and the little weeny one on the alt is the dash charge light and er thats it
