so far i've pretty much eliminated air in fuel as cause of starting
pains but i have found an exhaust leak at manifold gasket, its chuffing
away quite badly embarassingly enough, could this contribute to a bad
startup, ie taking ages to fire then smokey n underpowered n lumpy till
it feels like all cylinders have caught up with each other, all filters
new and fuel bled properly.
