clutch probs

hello i am new to the forum but have had a freelander 1900 desel 1999 for 1 year now and are having clutch probs i am wondering if i could have air in the system as after driving in town driving i cannot get the gears but when the car is left for a long time ie over night the prob gos a way although the clutch is never 100% ( its always been hevy ) but its getting to the point where when at a junction i have to keep the foot on the clutch other wise i struggle to get away any and all help would be appreciated

Unfortunatly I don't know much about Freelanders other than the obvious ones regarding washing them, so I would suggest you post this on the Freelander bit a little lower down the page rather handily titled "Land Rover Freelander".
