clutch pedal on floor

on the odd occasion when engaging a gear the clutch pedal stays on the floor and I have to flick it up with my foot after that it can go several days before it happens again... can anyone shed any light

thers a clip fing on the master cylnider that has broken ,cant remeber wot its called [its in heinz manwell]. . . .

same thing happened to a mate of mine after he went through water.try getting underneath and spraying all the clutch levers and stuff with wd40, it worked for him

must be that mod to stop the doors falling off, it has a side effect of causin yer clutch pedal to gert stuck
