Clutch Issue

Good evening all! Just replaced a gearbox in a 300Tdi for a second hand unit.

The clutch has also been replaced, but now its all back together, I cant get the box in gear.
It feels like a hydraulics issue, but i've bled it all through, and the clutch pedal seems fine. It was a pain to bleed though!
And the gearbox is supposedly working.
Any suggestions?

did you make sure that the rods on the slave cylinder had locked into the scoket of the clutch fork. also is the clutch fork sat correctly on the pivot inside the box. I take it you had no probs before you relaced the box

Yep, they were both fine! No, before had it was all fine, except the gearbox! Pedal sat flat on the floor for ages, until after an hour or so of bleeding and it now has resistance!
