Clicking relay

When my engine is running my Flasher unit/Relay clicks slowly varying in speed depending on if I turn on my side lights ect.

Is this a faulty relay or a bad earth connection something?

It's a 2.5NA

And are the flashers flashing?

Yes, maybe there's a bit of a leak coming through the flasher unit as a result of high earth resistance somewhere else. Another possibility is that it's the flasher unit on its way out. I had one like this a few years ago and changed the flasher unit and it was fine afterwards.

Everything is working fine and no other problems except the clicking relay, flashers are functioning properly, it is a Brit part relay

Hang the expense, splash out and get a Lucas or something posh. Then all your troubles will be over.

Got a Lucas relay and sadly it's still clicking, time to check all the earths.
