I'm about to tackle a few jobs on Bert (Series III SWB Petrol) now it's getting warmer.

I've only had Bert a few months and there's a few things not quite right. One of them is the choke cable which appears out of the bulkhead at an angle (and not through one of the holes). Please do see the attached picture (it's the cable coming out on the far right, under the casing).

I would appreciate any advice of where the cable actually *should* come through the bulkhead please! Also, what is supposed to come through each of those three holes?

Any pictures would be useful as it's so tricky finding out where things should go when you haven't actually got any pictures to work from.

Many thanks indeed.

HI on my 1973 SWB series 3 there are two wireing looms coming out of two of the three holes on yer pic and the other is unused.
My choke cable comes through the bulkhead under and below the break servo loops around the front of the servo to the carb and works fine.
Don't know if this info is as they should be but mine is.

Thanks people.

Excuse my ignorance (I'm new to this), what's ffs please? Still not sure what you mean by brake and diesel (in the context) either.
