OK Stupid question time, my 1988 VM classic is just sat waiting for me to do some work on her, and I'm waiting for some warmer weather before I venture outside with a spanner.
So what is the method for clipping on a battery charger, normally I'd just connect and power up, but as I have dual batteries will this still be OK? or is there something clever I should be doing with the split charge system?
Next stupid question, well perhaps not stupid but as I haven't got outside to actually start looking for the problem I won't hold it against anybody telling me to RTFM.
The heater fan wont work unless the A/C is selected, can anyone suggest where to start looking for the problem? I would'nt have thought a fuse or relay would be at fault, but there again electrics and me really don't go well together.
