So, today, the rear shocks got changed - nearside was banging like a sh1thouse door in the wind...

20 quid a side for britpart - at that price I could change them every year and not care :)

I also bought the upper mounts - these can wear on the shaft, and are likely to strip the threads, especially when probably 20 years old like mine!

As a result, I have a very quiet rear end, and the whole 110 seems a bit more well behaved, which is nice.

I bought the shocks from DLS on eBay (2 day delivery for free) and the mounts and nuts/washers from island4x4. I have a slight issue with the mount kit, as I suspect I should have had more boys for the mount in the kit, but I was drunk when I ordered it, so might be wrong :)

Anyway, to do the job on a 20 year old 110, you will need 3 buckets of patience, and an air gun, and lots of time :)

Good job, bound to make a difference to the handling of the vehicle if old shocks were shot.
Looked those upper mounts up, much cheaper than I thought they were.
