Changing L322 TD6 fuel filter

Are the filters from ECP as good as any other? Or any of the RR sellers on ebay

And is it a straightforward swap, old one out, new one in? Do I need to prime/fill it first?

dont know about the quality of the other filters as i only use dealer parts but changing it is easy,no need to fill it just swap them over and cycle the ignition a few times and it will fill and prime its self.
