Changed egr cleaned all intercooler and bang

Hey guys,

Just done away with the egr valve whilst doing the job I've cleaned out the intercooler and all the pipes, didn't need to do the top one as its new.

After I finished the job I started her up and it took forever to start. When it started it was struggling so I gave it some revs and it must of been the biggest backfire ever and then cut out. So I ran upstairs and quickly showered . I've started her up again and she runs sweet a bit of smoke at first but that soon cleared after a short run.

So does anyone have a clue what it was

What did you clean the intercooler out with??

Poss the fluid you used to clean it being ignited

Carb cleaner Oops I think it was as its flammable.
