Disco 2 Celtic Tuning 10p Stage 1 remap - Power!!

Just had the old Discovery Auto remapped.

Being a 10P she had to have the ecu sent off to be mapped etc etc

I was a tad worried about mapping a 190k Auto Disco.

But she is a tad ponderous when towing, and tbh even unladen, to be expected though!

It ain't a race car!

But more power is always nice

This Stage 1 Map

Adds supposedly 40+hp and 88nm - do i believe it! I don't know!

But in my case i've had her on the road, gave her the beans in Sport mode and it pulls better than before,

pulls much better.

Perhaps a stage 2 next!

She is "apparently" over the torque limit for my Auto, so i'm wondering how long it's going to last!!

A stage 1 on a manual or auto is IMHO how the D2 TD5 should have left the factory.

My Manual was so nice to drive after the tune up. best money spent on a D2TD5.

Don't do it. The rind on the autobox cheese will snap and the whole thing will turn to mush.
Mind you, you can pop another one in there....a man of your skilzzz
