celtic lift kit

has anyone used either of the two lift kits by celtic 4x4?
what are they like i.e. good improvement to offroading?
if anyone has used the 50 mm lift what cutting to the wings is needed?

Simple to fit with decent instructions....cut to inner wing not a problem and is probably the easiest part of job....if I can find piccys will post some

Although will it place strain on the transmission??

I was reading the LRO mag guide to propshafts earlier and lift kits put more strain on the diffs etc unless you have double cardan joints??

Anyone had this on a long term test who can comment??
