cant find a series 3 rear door stay

Has anyone got any idea where I can find a rear door stay for a series 3 1982, I think the part number is PLB825 ,I can only see them via google search ava overseas. I could really do with one before children allow door to swing into oncoming traffic or right someones bumper off in a car park .

Have you tried Craddock's or Paddock 's?

Fairly sure I had one from Paddocks about 5 years ago, seemed like a stock item.

Bought one myself about 3-4 years ago.

Alternatively you could approach your local farmer and see if he can spare you some orange bail string

just use a old leather belt worked well for me. Mind i had to keep pulling my pants up.
