Can't Allways Get The Horn

My td5 is in need of a small blue pill as it dosen't always get the horn!!
I've tried parking it next to girly landys but it didn't help. Most of the time it seems ok and I 've changed the relay but on a long run I lose power to the horns. It seems almost temperature related. Has anyone had trouble with the horn track and airbag track which is behind the steering wheel as it is nearly £300 and I don't want to spend that kind of money without some kind of hope of a cure.
