Guys I have come across a good 300 TDI chassis in solid nick with no repairs.
I have a 1984 110 with a 2.5TD. The chassis is a bit rough - new one way out of the budget. This one 1/3 of the price of new DIY one and in good solid nick.
I am led to believe my 84 110 chassis is exact same as 200 TDI.
But tell me - is a 300TDI chassis easy to modify to make it fit???Are we just talking about moving a few mounts etc or are we talking loads of work???
I was going to repair my own but if not loads of work to make 300TDI one fit I was going to go for it.
I'm running the 2.5TD for time being as cheap discoveries are thin on ground around my area.
