Cambelt change 200tdi

Looking for a bit of advice.

I'm mid way through cambelt change on my 200tdi. Everything has been going well so far apart from a couple of seized bolts.

In the usual fashion I have reinserted the crank bolt to turn the engine to the correct position but now I've done the belt and come to put the timing cover and damper back on I can't get the bloomin crank bolt undone

Am I missing something?

Any ideas?
