Bumpe problems

Ok next problem. I am trying to remove the bumper today to get at the windscreen washer pumps. All the screws on the botom are rusted and I cant get them off any ideas?

Remove inner wing on RH side and you got access.

Isn't the inner wing what those screws screw to? ie they'll need to come out to get the inner wing off as well.

Arch is flexible when detached from inner body so you could move it down and do the job with washer
