Bulkhead Stiffener

Hi All, just wondering if anyone has fitted one of these to their truck, eg: is it a major/minor job, and also could someone explain why they cost an arm and a leg to buy?

we made two struts either side the bulkhead ourselves and it worked beautifully. Not a big job just careful with a grinder. We removed the whole bulkhead right to the floor and sides but we had to cao the wheel arches either side. Make sure you dont want a Truck cab!!!
