Bulbs

OK IM on to all the fiddly jobs now, most of the Major ones are done.
Having a lot of trouble with lights, especialy brake and side lights, coming on and off every now and then.
checked all fuses ect they are OK , problem seems to be the bulbs, cant get them to sit in the holders properly, then when I do they will pop out every now and then, doing my head in now????:mad2:

Had exactly the same on my 300 TDi - for a permanent solution the only way is to replace the whole light. Online it looked as though the bulb holder itself was replaceable but I could get no sense on this from LR parts suppliers.

was thinking about trying that. its both sides on the back and one on the front.
MORE MONEY to spend

Try and find the right ones now for 1990 G Reg.

they are only a few quid, then they melt a bit and the bulbs pop out
