Britpart Bushes

I ordered front and rear Bush kits fer me Deepender from Paddocks.
I specified, and paid extra for OE ones.
When they arrived, thems feckin Britpart! Anyways, I phoned up Paddocks and they said that them is OE cos they got a "G" on the end of the part number (G for Genuine) and that Britpart supply 2 types, either with or without the "G".

Is that right, or are they bull****tin me?

Whoever you spoke to is a numpty.

There is a part number, if you go to LR and ask for a STC6667 they will give you thermoswitch of somesort and it will be OE.

If you go to paddocks and ask for a STC6667 it will probably be a britpart part, then if you ask for a STC6667BM it would be a bearmach for example.

Britpart don't make a part with that code, the stockists give it that code.

The packer has put the wrong bits in no doubt.

Tell them LR need to get vehicles through warrantys - they are not going to achieve that on britparts.
