Question is, is it warped, CRACKED, or badly mounted?
You need to find this out damned soon.
If the disc is cracked, and a chunk comes adrift out of it while you are braking, the rest of the disc may demolish the whole caliper next rotation of the wheel, and could even lock the wheel up and cause a big crash.
I suggest you take the disc off soonest possible, and examine it very carefully. One can tell by the way it "rings" when tapped with a pin hammer if it is cracked, but someone will need to show you this.
Clean the mating faces of disc and hub very carefully, coppergrease the faces, and re-fit the disc if you are confident it isn't cracked.
Pray.
If it is still wrong, buy and fit a new disc.
People will recommend dial gauges and stuff. Big deal. You don't have them, you don't need them, and the method above is surer anyway.
