In the TD5 there are 4 little tie down rings in the boot floor. Great for lashing down stuff with ratchets

I could really do with some on my 300, as i got this big ammo box full of recovery stuff that I keep in the boot, but when I go laning it's all over the place.

Before I go drilling holes into the boot floor... Has anyone fitted anything like this? or know of a supplier of these little hinged D-rings?

If you have a look at your floor you'll see a series of 1/2" black plastic caps fitted in the floor unscrew these and you'll see the threaded mounting holes for tiedown points either buy some from LR dealers or goto B&Q and buy some ringbolts to fit.

cheers Red, will have a look. I know the boot floor has been replaced in it's history so fingers crossed the replacement has these mounts.

If it int just buy the ringbolts from any good builders merchants/screwfix. and drill and fit. It's a simple enough job. Just use large washers both side of the floor to spread the load.
