I have twin Kenlowes fitted to my 92 V8 110. They are fused by 2 seperate 30 amp fuses.
Every so ofter, the fuses will melt and fail.
Now I assume that the Kenlowes are on their way out and drawing too much current which in turn is melting the fuses. Am I right in thinking this?
If this is the case, can I get them repaired - rewound, or is it not worth it. I live in Mexico btw, so going the scrappy, ordering from eBay is not so simple as in the UK.
