Blend Motors colour coding

Hi Everyone

I have searched and been through all the fitting guides but I wonder if you clever chaps can straighten me out on something.

I have a set of new blend motors and they are coded black blue and grey

Which one goes where?

There is no reference in the rave unless I am being a dimwit

same motor length of cable dictates and colour coded on removal

The two R/H ones should be taped together. The other one goes to the left. The distribution motor cable simply won't reach the blend flap position on the R/H side.

Yes, thank you, doing further trawling I found a photo with the grey one at the top and the blue at the bottom, not looking forward to this job but all the other jobs have gone ok so here's hoping!!

look at connector to be certain, RAVE or here:Range Rover P38 Maintenance repair improvements and tips learned by experience by ownership.

Not a pleasant job because I didn't want to strip the dash down..........

Got in there to find that the little blue bracket that the lower right hand motor sits on is broken......... but there is one screw hole functioning and all the levers and gears are free running so hopefully.

Strange fiddly things like the loose bolts on the glove compartment are painful in fact I ran out of light started just after 13:30 and had to call it at 16:00 and have all motors fitted estimating another 2hrs to put it back together.
