Best Spring & Shock combo for the road

Just bought my first landy! Shes a `94 90 300tdi looking to find out the best setup for the road as I`ll be doing more miles on tarmac than off-roading. Its got pretty big tyres not sure what size tho!

Ive been told it has a 3 inch lift kit in atm, probably is as she`s sitting in the clouds! But I am thinking a Terrafirma standard height kit but with medium duty springs just incase I load her up for camping etc...I think heavy duty springs might be abit hard for light road use!?

Any feedback will be greatly appreciated!

Seriously don't waste your money on fancy stuff! Stick standard springs and shocks on it! Sounds a bit boring but that will probably be the best setup for the road!

Ride will be comfortable and you will find that none of the issues associated with lifting the thing will apply. Although you may find that yours has already been adapted to accept a lift which you might have to undo!

Thanks for the feedback! It has turret cones on the front & dislocations on the back, will they have to be removed when lowering back to standard height? I have no spares with it so I`ll have to buy new. Dont mind spending afew quid if it will improve the ride comfort on road! Is this any good?
