Hey all, as above anyone got terrafirma big bore shocks?

I wanted to know if they are supposed to come with dust covers. Here is a pic of some terrafirma's with them;

But mine don't have the blue dust covers, they look like this;

It looks to me like they should have covers or something over them but perhaps for some reason the big bores don't?

Cheers :)

I have those exact shocks, they did not come with dust covers.

A word of warning however - in less than a year they will be all rusted and will look terrible - the same with the springs in that set. The coating quality is terrible.

Ah ok, I wonder why they don't especially as they are the expedition ones, you would think they would have them. :mad:

Oh that sucks, maybe I should waxoil them up or something?

Cheers :)

That could work, they started rusting after only 6 months and now after 2 years have no paint left at all (that's the shocks and springs).

I have no problems with the performance though, hardly any body roll on road and they work well off road also.
