Anyone going to Bristol Off Road next weekend - Sunday 5th?

Hoping to manage to get to go to my first one there - missed the past few through work or other commitments.

Bit concerned about going before I change my tyres as I've got road tyres on, and they are getting a bit low. I want to go for a set of AT's, but not really got the money for 4 new tyres at the mo!

Anyone been there? What's it like?

not looking at the site, but that's something I want to find out! With the tyres I've got on, I don't think the RR will do anything else other than beginners stuff!

na you will be ok i was doing off roading with my road tyres and was doing some hairy stuff.. you will probably need a few more revs up hills thats all!!!
If bristol is has experianced stuff i wil pop down but if not i am gunna go to wiltshire for wagtail! it looks good

I've been down some pretty muddy green lanes in the P38 and not had a problem, but nothing that I'd call serious off-roading.

Check out the website and look at some of the pics, looks like there is some pretty intersting stuff there.

I might give them a call and see what they say.

I also have road tyres on and they mentioned it was up to me whether i wanted to risk it.
I havnt been yet but am thinking about it.

I asked fishface on this site and he reckoned it would be a hassle on road tyres given the recent weather and that I should give it a miss until it dries out a bit.

Well i went to foxham 4x4 in the rain with roadys on and ok it was a bit slippy but was fun!
