That size tyres does give you a bit more height but in truth i wish i had stuck with the 235's. Mine sites on bearmach Heavy duty blue springs front and rear and monroe adventurer shocks combined with the tyres it prolly sits about 2" higher without having to mess around with brake pipes or changing other components. I have extended bump stops fitted and steel modulars. The steering didnt need adjusting however I had to do the "camel cut" on the rear of the back arch's as I found my rears tyres were catching there on axle twisters. I have only hit the inner rear door sill area once and just bent it back into shape that was on an extreme axle twister on an off raod training course designed to push it to its limits.

I have yet to catch the front arches. Tyres are BFG AT's and having just come back from a weekend where 3 of our 5 vehicles had punctures in wales I am well pleased with their toughness and how they performed over the lesser shod vehicles
