any ideas im stuck

Hey there my r reg dse when gping along will go fine then at 3000 rpm it loses all go and feels like it got no power it will strugle on till 3500 or 4000 rpm and then will do that in very gear any ideas im well stuck

When it happened to me I changed the fuel and air filters and that sorted mine. Hope it's something that simple for you

I will try that I will go get a fittlw from halfords and give that a go

Not Halfrauds, try Island 4 x 4.
Check the MAP sensor & pipe to the inlet manifold.

Check the in tank pump is working and as already said, the MAP sensor and the pipe from it to the inlet manifold. The MAP sensor is located on the fuel filter housing.

In tank pump NOT working is classic of loss of power on hills. Check it for function as laid out in "How to" section. You have to work through things logically. Not just assume. Number four injector also may cause this. Diagnostics may tell you more.

Work your way like this guys are suggesting.
To test map disconnect plug, drive for a few km. Any changes? If No then it`s not working.
In mine it makes a hell of a diference and it takes about 30km to happen...

You talking about the sensor located on the fuel filter? The effect of disconecting should be immediate if it's working.

Just a gauze filter on the pump pick up. Irellevant, just drop the fuel filter and jump the pump relay to see if it's pumping. Details in Wammers write up in the How To section I think.
