Any body had a wet seatbelt ?

Hello all has anybody ever had a problem with the passenger rear seat belt being wet? It seems to be where the inertia part sits as the belt inside the car is dry but as you pull the seat belt out it is wet through any thoughts ?
Have you checked the floor for water ?
Check under the carpet and soundproofing, there may be some !!!!
