Another question, thought I'd post seperately as this is very much a different issue. Since doing a cylinder head rebuild (skim, pressure test, valve lap etc) engine seems to be running fine with the exception of a small amount of smoke coming from the area of the rear injector (nearest bulkhead). It's not a lot of smoke but I would like to know if this could be a potential problem?? Have taken a vid on my phone so can try to post it on pootube once I'm back in work. One thoughtSis that I was unable to strip down the black filter unit attached to rocker cover, due to the bolt rounding off, although I did squirt plenty if degreaser through it whilst I was cleaning everything up.
Any suggestions muchos appreciated..

should I be worried??

Does it "puff" out of it or just kinda drift out? Did you remove the injectors?

If it puffs, I'd try a new injector seal (washer) in it.

If it just smokes, my guess would be you got oil/degreaser down the hole and when it gets hot it smokes, in which case it'll burn off in its own time.

Thanks, I did fit new copper washers when replacing the injectors but will double check.
I kinda hoped it was crap burning off but this was still happening 30mins after running.

Nope have had the disco for 18months declared it SORN and never driven it yet!!
Just started it up this eve and couldn't notice any smoke (although it is rather dark now) fingers crossed i'm worrying about nothing. Thanks for the advice anyhows :)

Just spent 2 hours this evening trying to remove the 4 front track rod and drag link ends what a bitch they are to get off!!
