Quick intro - Chris from just outside M.K., bought an lr322 Vogue just before Christmas and just sitting here waiting for it to bankrupt me. In the 6 weeks of ownership she has delighted me with a bill for a new XYZ switch ( just under £600) and has now decided that winding the drivers window up or down is no fun anymore so another £200 for a used unit plus fitting is in order. Previous car was a Saab that cost less in repairs over 6 years and 100k miles! But the biggest problem seems to be that I love the beast - drove her 300 miles plus over the weekend and it was more of an adventure than just another boring trip, we nearly stopped at one point to celebrate when the display went up to 18.8 mpg. I have 2 other cars so the beast will just be used for pleasure and shopping ( the other half has actually already filled it to the gunnels with groceries I kid you not) so reliability is not a life or death situation. Had a Shogun 3.5 V6 a few years ago but the Landy is in another class. Thanks for reading.
