another clutch problem

just trying to to bleed a clutch on a s3 200tdi,done loads of em but this is being a pig.
i have no air in the clutch fluid coming out of the bleed nipple, but stll no resistance on the pedal,well a tiny bit at the bottom,and i mean a tiny bit,
i know the clutch will engage and disengage and there are no leaks, know this because when i attach a easy bleed kit to the top of the master cylinder and put pressure through the thing it enables me to engage the clutch, any ideas any body? cheers

i would say the master cylinder piston seal is shot
