amber light on dash?

got a freelander 2004 hse td4 auto couple weeks ago for my disabled wife great motor but came with no hand book but it rain twice an on both these days a amber tyre with t.c on it and a car pointin down hill with! on not flashin went off first time but sec time had to turn engine off for it to clear but runs fine any ideas? thanks
