Always wanted a defender 90

hi I’m waine always wanted a defender 90 and now I have had the chance to get one. it’s got a few bits done to it lift kit 2” I think uprated shocks although I do need some new ones. does anyone know what ones would suit. do I need to get 2” oversized. it has rear disks don’t know if that’s standered. tortion bars. off road tyres and spotlights. the power steering is making a bit of noise now even though there is fluid in there. and I wondered if anyone had any tips to make it better. at the moment the only thing that I’m getting the hump about is trying to change gear. the gears are so close together it’s hard to change and the clutch is a bit hard to push compared to my friends. And I am based in Middlesex has anyone got any good off roaring places to go to Any advice would be welcomed thank you all
