Well, that's a first.....oh no, wait, my bad, the whole RR community has had this. 
I'm outta the game presently but a wee nifty trick to try is turning the steering wheel lock to lock and back to centre.
Below par battery is a common trigger, but sometimes it comes down to an actual fault in the EAS like compressor or airbag leak.
Is she leaning?

She is lying down on her front more than the back , to I need to disconnect the battery and reconnect before trying steering trick

Sorry nothing man, here's where you ask questions.
You may have a leak in a front bag or pipe connection.
For steering wheel reset you just need to fire her up with door closed.
