Air flaps on 110 are leaking rain into the electrics,any advice please?

On my 110 the rain is leaking through the front flaps on the vehicle under the screen,how do I stop this happening?

Leaking into the cab from the vents,any suggestions please

What seals do you have fitted? The rubber seals fitted to the bulkhead or the foam seals fitted to the vent flap?

Rubber ones are best, mine leaked with the foam ones.

I have the opposite problem on mine although neither leaked water. Having fitted the rubber one after the fire the vent flaps are now very difficult to close and do not fully seal leaving a draft, but no water gets in so I have not investigated further yet.

Are you sure it's the flaps?
It could also be the screen rubber, roof to screen panel seal, screen panel to bulkhead seal and bulkhead block gaskets.

that makes more sense. mine are all old enough to have the proper hinge attachments rather than the more modern solid ones.

Sorry, I was going to call them hinges, indeed they might well be, depending on what year the OP is talking about.
