Air con Low Pressure point

I want to recharge the air con but not sure which is low pressure fitting can someone tell me which one it is please - P38 2000 2.5 Diesel. Thanks

Its the one directly above the engine on bulkhead, they are two different sizes so if you are useing one of the DIY top up cans it will only fit the low pressure port.

Take it to Kwik Fit and get it leak tested & re-filled. If the pressure is low, its likely you have a leak in the system.

Thanks KDS, that's exactly what I'm doing and what I wanted to know. Never thought to check sizes of fittings.

Datatek - I know one or two who have had bad experiences with kwikfit -not Air Con though. Thanks anyway.

I thought most Ac systems needed topping up every couple of years , mine works fine but not as great as a few years ago when it was icey cool!

My Jap 4 X 4 was 10 years old when I sold it, air con worked as well as when I got it
