Advice needed

Hi all,
I am going to look at a Landrover Disco over the weekend. It is a Td5 ES on a 52 plate and just reached 100k. I haven't owned a disco for years and wondered what are the common faults to look out for. I currently have a unimog so i dont mind getting my mits greasy and have a good understanding if there is anything a bit technical.
