adjusting idle on a diesel

Ayup!!
How do you adjust the idle on a series 3 diesel?. I've had a look in the crap haynes manual, but either i am blind or it's not there.

easy way to find this is follow the throttle linkage to the pump there is i think a 7/16 bolt with a lock nut on it slacken this and screw it in or out in to increase revs out to decrease tick over.
