hi
just cut the end off the condense pipe and inserted a short piece of water pipe inside it
going to put the small cut off bit back on the other end of the new pipe, as the pipe has got more weight to it than the original pipe my thinking is that it will with the weight pull it down and allow a greater fall, if that makes sense,
hopefully wont get any build up any more within the ac avaporater unit and stop any water being picked up by the fan and sprayed out of the vents
for reference
the internal size of the pipe that goes onto the unit is 14mm
the bottom of the pipe that ive cut off is 16mm
the new piece of pipe is
18mm od
12mm id
just hope it may be of use to someone and wanted to report back
going to install it over the weekend
