95 300tdi manual gearbox oil change

Hi, can anyone please tell me what the best oil is to use to do an oil change on my gear box? also what is the standard recomended oil to use.

Hi,assuming you have a manual box landrover now recommend MTF 94 in the main box (not ATF as they said for years).Good old EP90 in the transfer box.If you are feeling really flush you could try some of Diff Locks legendry synthetic gear oil which has had some good reviews.
